As you enter the ground floor foyer, take a right at the stairs to the this cozy, private sitting area with connecting full bathroom.

Enjoy this incredible chef’s kitchen filled with high end appliances and plentiful cabinet space. The extra large island seats 6 comfortably. With views into the octagonal sun room, dining area, and living area, as well as full access to the stunning views of the marsh and Gulph River and access to the wraparound porch.

Behind the kitchen are two access points to a convenient powder room and combination pantry/laundry room, as well as a side door entrance.

House on the Rock boasts 2 primary suites, as well as 2 extra bedrooms with 3 beds each that share a full bathroom. There’s plenty of room for everyone!
